Welcome to Jim-N-I Metal Massacre (“the Festival,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation, ticket purchase, and attendance at our event. By purchasing a ticket, submitting an application, performing, vending, or entering the event grounds, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

1. General Conditions

Entry to Jim-N-I Metal Massacre constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
All attendees, vendors, and performers must comply with festival rules, staff directions, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued except where required by law.

2. Ticketing and Admission

Tickets are valid only for the dates and times printed.
Lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets will not be replaced or honored.
Wristbands must be worn at all times while on festival grounds.
Re-entry requires a wristband and may require re-screening.

3.Vendors and Performers

Vendors and performing bands agree to all festival rules, setup and teardown schedules, and conduct guidelines.
The festival reserves the right to adjust performance times or vendor locations as necessary for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
All vendors and performers are responsible for their own equipment, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

4. Conduct and Safety

Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Attendees participate at their own risk. Jim-N-I Metal Massacre assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
The festival reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these Terms without refund.

5. Media Release

By attending Jim-N-I Metal Massacre, you grant permission for photography, video recording, and use of your image or likeness in promotional materials, social media, or media coverage without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
Jim-N-I Metal Massacre, its organizers, staff, affiliates, and venue owners shall not be held liable for injury, property damage, or any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Weather and Event Changes

The festival is a rain-or-shine event.
No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, scheduling changes, or artist cancellations.
In the event of a full festival cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

8. Morals Clause

All performing artists, vendors, and affiliates of Jim-N-I Metal Massacre agree to uphold a standard of conduct that reflects positively on the festival and its community.

Participants shall refrain from any public behavior, speech, or representation that promotes discrimination, hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
The festival reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or terminate a participant’s involvement — including performance or vendor privileges — should their conduct, public image, or actions bring disrepute to the event, its organizers, or sponsors.
Decisions regarding enforcement of this clause are at the sole discretion of the festival organizers, and no refunds or compensation shall be issued in such cases.

9. Updates and Modifications

Jim-N-I Metal Massacre reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the festival’s official website or social media channels. For questions or concerns, contact us.
