Representative Responsibilities

The Band Representative is designated as the sole authorized point of contact between the band and the Metal Massacre representatives. The Band Representative is responsible for all communication and coordination with Metal Massacre staff on behalf of their band.

The responsibilities of the Band Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Communication

Serve as the sole form of communication between the band and Metal Massacre representatives.
Communicate all questions from band members to Metal Massacre representatives.
Relay all information, updates, and instructions from Metal Massacre representatives back to band members.

2. Documentation

Submit a complete list of band members and their guests to Metal Massacre representatives within the requested timelines.
Sign all required paperwork on behalf of the band, including agreements, waivers, and acknowledgments.

3. Line-Up Party Attendance

Attend the Line-Up Party in person.
For out-of-town bands, attendance via Zoom may be arranged on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from Metal Massacre representatives.

4. Gate Check-In

Check the band in at the gate.
Parking passes for the band shall be issued only to the Band Representative.

5. General Responsibility

Ensure that all band members are informed of event rules, schedules, and communications received from Metal Massacre representatives.
Act in a professional manner at all times and represent the band in accordance with Metal Massacre guidelines.
