Refund Policy

At Jim-N-I Metal Massacre, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales are Final

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent by mistake.

In such cases, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to report the issue. Supporting photos or documentation may be required.

3. Services

If your purchase includes services (admission, raffles, etc.) rather than physical products:

  • Payments for services are non-refundable.

  • If a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we will make every effort to correct the issue.
