Merch Bank

1. Merch Bank Donation Program (Guaranteed Points)

Each participating band shall be eligible to receive six (6) voting points by making a qualifying donation to the Metal Massacre Merch Bank. Six (6) points is the equivalent to the cost of one ticket purchased at the gate.

1.1 Acceptable Donations

​

Qualifying donations shall consist of one (1) of the following:
 

  • Band merchandise with a minimum retail value of thirty dollars ($30.00), or

  • One (1) physical gift card with a face value of thirty dollars ($30.00)
     

Acceptable gift cards include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Local restaurants

  • Retail stores

  • Other local businesses
     

Digital, electronic, or virtual gift cards shall not be accepted.

The stated donation value reflects the cost of one (1) ticket purchased at the gate.

1.2 Donation Limitations

​

A maximum of one (1) Merch Bank donation per band per Metal Massacre event shall be permitted.

 

No additional points shall be awarded for multiple or excess donations.

2. Use of Donated Merchandise and Gift Cards

All donated merchandise and gift cards shall be retained and managed by event organizers and will be distributed over the course of the following year.

Donations shall be provided to charitable organizations upon request and used for raffles or fundraising events benefiting those organizations.

​

All such donations shall be made on behalf of the participating bands of Metal Massacre XV: The Ides of Massacre.
